Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone or fax or over the internet.
Please note we will not accept credit card payments for amounts over £130.00, in this case, we will ask for a direct bank transfer.

Returns Policy
Items can be exchanged if incorrect size has been ordered providing that they have not been worn or bent out of shape for a month from date of dispatch, any exchanges after that time will be down to our discretion.
For any manufacturers faults the bracelets will remain under warranty for 6-months where we will replace parts if necessary or exchange the item, any faults after this period will be down to our discretion.
